I am a PhD student in Computer Science at NCSU, driven by a deep-rooted enthusiasm for leveraging technology to understand human minds and advance societal welfare.

My research endeavors revolve around the intersection of AI, Psychology, Cognitive science, societal values, and ethics. Specifically, I am dedicated to imbuing AI systems with human factors to augment human-agent interaction and cognitive behavior, thereby maximizing the advantages of technology to provide enhanced personalized experiences. My research interests encompass a broad range of topics, including user modeling, human-agent interaction, and understanding human minds–all of which converge to tackle real-world challenges. My primary focus lies in optimizing agents to interpret human minds and fostering effective collaboration between humans and intelligent agents. My technical expertise spans reinforcement learning, multiagent systems, and natural language processing (NLP). Ultimately, my work aims to elevate technology by bridging the gap between the capabilities of AI and human minds, shaping technological advancement to be more accessible, human-centric, and beneficial to society, but simultaneously align with human values and needs.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have honed my skills in effective communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.

With a solid background in the mobile industry, where I served as an application solution consultant for Google Play, I have gained valuable insights into the practical implementation of technological solutions.

I am excited to further explore these research areas and contribute to the ongoing advancement of AI technologies with a human-centered focus.
